Realization Nuclear energy

In the field of nuclear energy, we analyze the strength, service life and stability of machinery installed in the primary and secondary circuit and auxiliary operation of nuclear power plants (technological condensers, tanks, heat exchangers, centrifuges and pumps).

Realization Energy industry

In the field of energy, we analyze the strength, stability, fatigue and seismic effects of machinery and equipment for classical power plants, such as condensers, low and high pressure heat exchangers, tanks and water network heaters. We also make technical documentation for some of these machines.

Realization Transport

Here we are involved in the development, design and computational analysis of machinery such as a rescue and towing arm of the body of a truck, a basic frame of racing motorcycle, road tanks and their equipment (pumps, filters, separators and volume metering equipment), bus door closing mechanisms, etc.

Realization Chemical industry

In the chemical industry, we are involved in the development, design and computational analysis of machinery, such as, steel chimneys, flue ways, rectification columns, chemical reactors, pressure and non-pressure vessels, vessels with agitator, test explosion and detonation chambers, dryers for biofuels, glass apparatus for the production of toxic substances, etc.

Realization Food industry

In the food industry, we develop, design and analyze machinery installed in mills (vibrating device – flour sifters, screen separators, etc.), in breweries (vertical and horizontal storage tanks) or in cheese factories (tank for cheese salting). We also design and analyze high-capacity storage tanks, bins and silos – both vertical and horizontal.

Realization Processing industry

For the manufacturing industry, we develop, design and analyze for example vertical processing vessels with a central agitator, disc and tubular dryers, evaporators, steam distributors, rendering machinery (dryers, crushers, sterilizers, destructors, product containers, etc.).

In the electrical industry, we analyze the instruments and equipment particularly in terms of stiffness, strength, excessive vibration and heat transfer (cooling). Realization The key implementation across sectors

  • Machinery and equipment for nuclear power plants – for primary and secondary circuit and auxiliary operations – technological condensers, tanks, heat exchangers, centrifuges and pumps (strength, fatigue, stability).
  • The equipment in classical power plants – condensers, low and high pressure heat exchangers, network water heaters (strength, fatigue, stability, seismic effects).
  • Dysfunction of floodgates of natural channel for cooling water to the power plant (detailed computational analysis of the causes and proposing measures for their removal).
  • Computational analysis of support and horizontal frames for electron microscopes in terms of strength during transport (theoretical and real drop tests) and with respect to minimizing the transmission of excessive vibration from the floor to the chamber of the microscope during the operation.
  • Removal of excessive vibrations occurring in the laser welding stations.
  • The chemical reactors, heat exchangers, vessels with agitator.
