AK-Mechanika, s.r.o. (originally TMS-Mechanika, s.r.o.) was founded in 2000. The company currently employs four permanent and three external staff members. The company deals with computational analysis and design of machines and equipment in the power industry, process industries, electrical industry and transport. Statically and dynamically loaded machinery parts are evaluated on the limit states, especially in terms of strength, stability, service life and excessive vibration.
In the design, development and construction of new machinery and equipment, the introduction of innovative uses of current trends and research is applied in addition to standard materials and components.
Employees of the company provide work from conceptual design through computational analysis of the strength and service life to the processing of production drawings of machinery. We also provide measurements of excessive vibration and strain gauge measurements of machinery and equipment. The measurements are used as a basis for computational analysis or for verification of computational analysis alone.
We pride ourselves on a personal approach to each customer, we design customized solutions. If necessary, we provide outsourced extensive experimental verification of strength, stability, fatigue and excessive vibration of solved structures or structural parts. We also offer consulting services in the field of mechanical engineering.
